A thief was nabbed in Masindi town Uganda after a witch doctor sent bees to smoke him out.
The unidentified man was stung by the insects which perched on is head and chest and forced him to confess and so many things he does  before but this he was very unlucky.
He marched on the streets in pain as he returned the stolen items to its owner.
The proverbial 40 days of thief became reality to a man who stole music systems in the town of Masindi when a swarm of bees attacked him at his hideout.
The unidentified man was forced to return the stolen woofer after the bees attacked him with stings and making a home on his head, neck and almost half of his body.
Carrying the woofer in one hand and trying in vain with the other to chase the insects, the man marched in the streets without a shirt as he returned the stolen items to the owner in the little Ugandan town.
   A guy stole woofers in Masindi town and these bees were sent to arrest him. Someone direct me to the Musawo please,” Facebook user Basudde Sam posted on his page.

BENIN—A Libya returnee and father of five, Mr. Sylvester Agho, has described his five months experience in the North African country as hellish and harrowing, just as he promised to join in the fight against illegal migration.

He made the disclosure while fielding questions from newsmen in Benin, Edo State capital, weekend, shortly after their deportation from Libya.

Agho, who said he was glad to have been back to the country, said the moment one leaves his country, he loses his freedom, pointing that there is no other country that can be likened to Nigeria.

He said: “I am happy because there is no place like home. When you are in Nigeria, you have the freedom to move about without molestation, but the moment you step out of the shores of Nigeria, you have lost your freedom.

  There is a great discrimination over there. But in Nigeria, there is nothing like such. You can work freely unlike over there.”

Mr. Agho, who is among the 531 Edo indigenes deported from Libya to the state, said he will advise those still thinking of leaving the country to have a rethink and look for something meaningful to do to earn a better livelihood rather than endangering their lives in a foreign land.

His words: “I left this country on June 15 this year and I am back today, which means that I spent five months and some week there. But throughout that period, I was in hell.

  There was nothing good over there. There is nothing on earth that will make me to say that I want to travel by land to Europe. But for those going back, I will advise them to stay in Nigeria and find something else to do.”

‘They don’t respect human’

Another returnee, Mr. Destiny Gabriel, said he was overwhelmed with joy to have being deported back to Nigeria.

   When I came to Nigeria last night, I was happy. I had joy and freedom because we lived in a place where there was no freedom. They do not have respect for human beings.

   On coming home, we are expecting to get something to start up our lives again because a lot of us spent our last money, sold our property to leave this country to get a better life.”

Destiny appealed to the Federal and state governments to provide a means of livelihood for the returnees to prevent them from taking into crime.

He said: “Governments should do something. They should not allow the youths to enter the streets. They should do something that will encourage us to know that our governments are really there for us.

   I appreciate the governor, who said we should stay in this hotel for three days. But after three days, what then happens to us? Where do we go from here? These are the questions I am asking.

The Kwara State Police Command, yesterday paraded a suspected ritualist with seven human heads concealed in a bag.

The 25 years old confessed to have exhumed the heads at Muslim cemetery, Igbo Owu, in Ifelodun Local Government Area for ritual purposes, in company with his now escaped partner.

The Commissioner of Police, Kwara State command, Lawan Ado, said, “Upon credible intelligence gathering by the command’s eagle eyed operatives, along Ajase-Ipo road, on November 21 at about 5 am one Olayinka and Tunde a. k. a Bante now at large, were seen with a bag, While Olayinka was arrested Tunde took to his heels.”

Ado said after a search of the bag, seven human heads were found there, noting that effort was in top gear to arrest the other suspects now at large.

Confessing to the crime, the suspect said he was an herbalist and intended to use the heads for money making rituals.
He added his partner, one Bante, took him to the cemetery.

The Police boss, however stated that the suspects would soon be charged to court for more investigation.

Days after Imohimi Edgal, the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, today led a team of policemen to rescue a 13-year-old girl identified as Nkechi Oseh, at No. 30 Adeniran Ajao Estate Anthony, her boss has reported at the police station.


According to the Lagos State police P.R.O, Chike Oti, her boss, Ms Betty Ifeoma, reported herself to the police, this evening, and she is currently undergoing interrogation at the Human Rights section of Lagos State Police Command.
The suspect would be charged to court on Monday 27/11/2017. It was gathered that Ifeoma, a staff of NNPC Lagos state office, was in the habit of locking her up for weeks anytime she is travelling within or out of the country, leaving her with only two packets of cabin biscuit.

After she was rescued, Nkechi who was looking pale and malnourished, said she is an orphan. She said whenever her boss travels and locks her in, she resorts to drinking water from the toilet whenever she is thirsty.



It was observed that Nkechi had been subjected to series of domestic attacks as scars were seen all over her body. She told Edgal that she has been locked up four different times, since her uncle brought her from Igboju in Delta state.

In her words: “I have been locked up for two weeks, one-week, three-weeks when she traveled to London and since she traveled on Saturday. I have been crying before God helped me today.

A packet of biscuits and a container of eaten food which was passed through the burglary proof for Nkechi to eat was discovered on the floor. She is currently under the care of the
Child Protection Unit of the Ministry of Youth and Social Development.

Like Islamic State, Iran and Hezbollah call for Israel’s destruction—but they have greater military capability
JERUSALEM—While much of the world celebrates the impending defeat of Islamic State , Israeli officials look at Syria and see little reason for joy. To them, a lesser enemy is being supplanted by a far more dangerous one—Iran and its allies.
Syrian President Bashar al-Assad is consolidating control, and his forces—aided by Iran and the Lebanese militia Hezbollah—are eliminating Islamic State’s final pockets in the country while inching closer to the Israeli-held Golan Heights.
“Every place we see ISIS evacuating, we see Iran taking hold,” warned Sharren Haskel, an Israeli lawmaker from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Likud party. “We have been dealing with this threat of Iran through Hezbollah on our northern border [with Lebanon], and we would not want to see the same setup on our Syrian border.”
Like Islamic State, Iran and Hezbollah call for Israel’s destruction. But unlike Islamic State, they have the military capability to pursue that goal.
With the Israeli-Lebanese border largely quiet since the devastating war between Israel and Hezbollah in 2006, Iran and its allies don’t disguise their desire to open a second front in Syria.
“Iran’s goal is clear: to establish regional hegemony in the Middle East and to surround Israel from all directions,” said Naftali Bennett, Israel’s education minister, who heads a right-wing religious party allied with Likud and sits in the country’s security cabinet. “We’ve made it clear this is unacceptable and indeed, we will act to prevent it.”
To Israel, that’s a strategic challenge much more severe than anything Islamic State could do.
“ISIS, unlike Iran, doesn’t have an air force, missiles, sophistication and they are not supported by anyone, not by a superpower like Russia,” said Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Amos Gilead, the head of the Institute for Policy and Strategy, an Israeli think tank, who served until earlier this year as director of policy and political-military affairs at the Israeli defense ministry.
In fact, Islamic State militants who for years have controlled a small patch of land in an area where the Golan Heights meet Syria and Jordan have never troubled Israeli settlements just across the border fence.
Recognizing Israeli concerns about the Iranian threat, the U.S., Russia and Jordan have been negotiating de-escalation agreements between rebels and the regime in southern Syria that would prevent Iran and its militias from coming too close to Israeli positions on the Golan. It isn’t clear, however, to what extent Russia will be able to enforce those deals.
Israel, meanwhile, is threatening to act unilaterally if its so-called “red lines” are violated. It has already done so many times with airstrikes against Hezbollah targets in Syria—many of them targeting weapons shipments bound for the group in Lebanon.
Those “red lines” include the creation of permanent Iranian bases, airfields or naval facilities in Syria, the transfer of long-range precision missiles to Hezbollah or the establishment of plants to produce such missiles in Syria or Lebanon.
Israeli officials aren’t just worried about Syria.
The endgame of Syria’s war has also prompted the Palestinian Sunni Muslim movement Hamas, which controls the Gaza Strip, to renew links with Shiite Iran. Those ties had been weakened by Sunni-Shiite sectarian tensions.
The way Israeli officials see it, the defeat of Islamic State has left their country essentially surrounded, with Iranian proxies or allies active on three of its five borders.
“One of the great tragedies of the international coalition against ISIS was to bring Iran de facto, Russia, Assad and the United States on the same side in a situation which ultimately benefited Assad and the Iranians,” said Michael Oren, deputy minister in the Israeli prime minister’s office and a former ambassador to Washington. “We have to grapple with the consequences of this, unintentional or not.”
These new challenges emerge at what seems like a golden period in Israel’s history. The civil wars and insurgencies that ravaged Israel’s foes after the Arab Spring in 2011 proved a major boon for the country’s security and drew international attention away from Israel’s own conflict with the Palestinians.
The Syrian war, by destroying the Syrian army and eliminating most of its chemical-weapons capability, removed the main conventional military threat on Israel’s borders. The spike of sectarian rivalry between Iran and the Saudi-led Sunni camp, meanwhile, brought
Israel closer than ever to Saudi Arabia and some of its allied Gulf monarchies .
Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi summed it up like this: “The Arab Spring was supposed to be a democratic movement. But it ended up to have a spring for Israel and chaos in the Arab region.”
Indeed, while the rest of the Middle East is reeling, Israel’s economy is booming and its cities are safer from attacks than they have been in decades.
“Israel’s position in the world is better than at any time in our national existence,” Mr. Oren said. However, he cautioned, this doesn’t mean the country can lull itself into complacency.
“Hezbollah has at least 130,000 rockets and is capable of hitting every city in Israel, including Eilat. We have to operate on the assumption that Hezbollah and Iran are building up these capabilities not just to have them, but someday to use them. They are saving them all for us.

Three  dark skin nigerians arrested for kidnapping Chinese in Angola recently.


Angolan authorities in Huíla Province in the southwest have arrested three Nigerian nationals allegedly for kidnapping a Chinese, local media confirmed.

According to Jornal de Angola, the Nigerians had also robbed the Chinese of $11,700 (Kwanzas 12m) over ransom demand.

The paper said the Nigerian used guns to execute their crime.

The Chinese national, a 53-year-old bricklayer, was reportedly kidnapped at Arimba commune and held for 72 hours by the criminals.


He was freed after a ransom was paid, Jornal de Angola reported.

Angola expels 2,884 Congolese illegal migrants

It added that the three Nigerian nationals were later arrested in the capital Luanda.

“They are living legally in Angola,” the Huíla Province Criminal Investigation Services head, Mr Alberto Sawana, was quoted as saying.

Huíla Province, about 904km south of Luanda, is the second most populous region after the capital.

The province is rich in mineral resources and other areas, that tend to attract people from far and wide.

The minerals found in Huíla Province include  silver,
 iron, gold, kaolin, diamonds, manganese, mica, black granite and mineral water.

An attempt to stop a Nigerian Soldier Silas Ninyo (93NA / 36/2608) from beating innocent civilians in Chibok, Borno State, saw him kill an Army Captain T. Mani and 4 others.
It was gathered that Captain T. Mani (N/14430), who was providing security for worshipers during Sunday service in Chibok, was shot dead by Staff Sergeant Ninyo on Sunday afternoon after he tried disarming the Soldier, following a distress call that Ninyo was beating civilians for unknown reasons.
The corpse of Mani who stormed the scene with other soldiers, has now been moved to Yola. Here are photos below,.

 Nigeria troops Fighting Boko Haram To Get Outstanding Allowances – Buratai
The Chief of Army Staff, Lt.-Gen. Tukur Buratai, on Monday, has assured troops of the Operation Lafiya Dole that their two months outstanding operational allowances would be paid this week.

Buratai said that the Ministry of Defence had released funds for the payment of the troops’ outstanding logistics and operational allowances for the third quarter of 2017.

The army spokesman, Brig.-Gen. Sani Usman who made the announcement stated that Buratai commended the troops for their unflinching loyalty, perseverance, courage and dedication to duty.

According to the army chief, the troops’ had brought about the “desired success in the fight against terrorism, insurgency and other criminal activities.” He also paid glowing tribute to troops stationed outside the shores of the nation for their patriotism, patience and understanding and assured them of prompt payment of their allowances.

He said the army high command under his leadership would remain “responsible, responsive and accountable to troops’ operational requirements.”

Buratai commended them for their bravery, discipline and loyalty, and reminded them to always have confidence and trust in the leadership of the army.

He urged them to work hard to flush out the remnants of the Boko Haram terrorists, including the cyber terrorists, wherever they were hibernating.

Recall that an anonymous soldier had decried the dangerous corrupt practices within the Nigeria Army that is toying with the lifeline of his comrades fighting the insurgency in the north-east.

Despite loopholes in the system and criminal behaviour of some soldiers, Most Nigerians still acknowledge the relentless efforts of the Nigeria Army to safeguard lives of the people.

On one remarkable occasion, the Nigerian Comedian, Seyi Law applauded soldiers for their tireless effort in protecting the citizens after an encounter with some troops.

Seyi took to his social media page to salute to the Men of the Nigeria Army quote,

“I met these men on my way to Abuja from Jos yesterday morning and they recognised me, I couldn’t help but come down and take pictures while appreciating them.

Army Claims of corruption in Army by Idris Ahmed, false alarm.
Whenever the search for false intellectuals and characters, who are veterans in the business of opportunism, propaganda and cheap blackmail arises, one name is always resounding, and never found missing on the list, He is, Dr. Idris Ahmed, a self acclaimed leader of the relatively unknown group, called Citizens United for Peace and Stability (CUPS).

Known for his notoriety, in raising false alarms and accusations, his latest diatribe, and continued spread of falsehood, titled “Corruption in the Army” and subsequently decorated with a fictional narrative, of an imaginary Soldier, serving under the Special Military Task Force, code named “Operation Lafiya Dole” in the North East, is a reminder of how some unpatriotic elements, within the country, have continued to pretentiously, paraded themselves as intellectual, to give subtle support, to remnants of the Boko Haram insurgents and other separatist organizations, in the country.

In the latest campaign of calumny, being propagated by Idris Ahmed, he failed as usual, to provide any real evidence based on solid foundations for the accusations, regarding alleged corruption, and issues of the welfare of men of the Nigerian Army, other than the faceless ‘unknown soldier’.

For those who have keenly followed the personality that Idris Ahmed represents, and his continuous outbursts against the military, particularly the Nigerian Army, there is no doubt that he has merely been expressing his frustration based on his dissatisfaction, towards the decapitation of the dreaded Boko Haram, which He and some other false intellectuals, have given tacit support, over years.

So, any personality that is involved in that heist that has led to the loss of many of our citizens and soldiers, will never have reason to believe in any success as may ever be achieved by the Nigerian Army.

No doubt also, that with the professionalism that General Buratai has instilled in the Army, under the current leadership, one should not look far, before understanding the psychology of the remnants of Boko Haram, and members of their intellectual wing.

Is it not callous, for Idris Ahmed and his ilks, to keep spreading this falsehood, beyond reasoning, at a time that Nigerians have ignored their several biases, to rally behind the men and officers of the Nigerian Army, as It is presently confronted with the difficult task, of totally defeating the left overs, of Boko Haram and other criminal gangs, operating across the country?

Sadly, despite the numerous achievements of the Army, in ensuring that terrorism is totally defeated, and peace returning to troubled parts of the country, the leadership of the Nigerian Army, are being blackmailed and ridiculed in the public by a group of false intellectuals, who are determined, never to see anything good in the Nigerian Army and it’s leadership. They have continued to thrive on falsehood, and create rumor that are mainly aimed at tarnishing the image of the Army, and by extension, our nation, which they’ve falsely continued to claim they love.

The latest junk, being circulated by Idris Ahmed and his gang of blackmailers, is just one of their numerous publications, which they have continued to churn out, mostly through the social media, against the Nigerian Army and its leadership, with allegations of corruption, inadequate welfare for men on duty, and other unsubstantiated accusations.

Contrary to claims by these elements, the Nigerian Army, under its incumbent leadership, is far different from what used to be obtainable, in the country’s military circle. The army has since the assumption of office, of General Tukur Yusuf Buratai, worked diligently towards the actualization of its mandate, keeping faith with the core anti-corruption principles of the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari and has in an unprecedented manner, repositioned the force, in a way that exemplifies professionalism, Prudence, Integrity and dedication to discipline, among its men and officers.

The welfare of men and officers of the army, without exception to their families, have remained a Cardinal objective, of the Nigerian Army under the current leadership, just as the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari, keeps showing unprecedented commitment, towards adequate funding, for the prosecution of the war against terrorism in Nigeria, particularly in the North East.

The leadership of the army has continued to demonstrate it’s resolve, to have an Army that would be the pride of the Nation, as a prudent and professionally responsive Nigerian Army in the discharge of its constitutional responsibilities.

As it is today, we have a duty to history, by ensuring that as Nigerians, we wholeheartedly support the Nigerian Army in the war, towards completely eradicating the remnants of the Boko Haram, and other criminal gangs, still operating through isolated approaches in our country.

To Dr. Idris Ahmed, and other sympathizers of the insurgent groups, within the country, they should be reminded that we have friends and relatives, among men and officers of the Army, and as such can tell Nigerians, the factual situation, when it comes to the welfare and remuneration of men of our military. At no time, have they had it better.

We shall not allow people using imaginary fame, and unrestricted access to the social media, to continually insult our sensibilities, under some vague patriotic concern, while in the true sense, promoting actions, that are not only unpatriotic, but also inimical to Peace and Stability, in our country.

Elders of communities in the region including, Chief Edwin Clark, elders in Gbaramatu Kingdom, have urged Niger Delta Avengers to sheath their swords and halt the threats to resume attacks on oil facilities in the region of Niger delta.

President Muhammadu Buhari, the Sultan of Sokoto, Abubakar Saad; and Boko Haram leader, Abubakar Shekau, have again been listed among the most powerful Muslims in the world.

This is contained in a Muslim publication, The Muslim 500 in its 2018 edition.


The publication noted that there were approximately 1.84 billion Muslims in the world, making up 24.38 per cent of the world’s population.
