   Ekiti State Governor, Mr Ayodele Fayose has reportedly
described President Muhammadu Buhari as the
main problem of Nigeria that Nigerians must
solve.
  The governor also said that it was President Buhari that
went to foreign countries to reduce Nigeria market by
calling all Nigerians thieves and dishonest
people, asking; “Which foreign investor will invest
his money in a country of dishonest people? Who
made investors to leave Nigeria if not President
Buhari, who created atmosphere of economic
and political instability in the country by his acts
of nepotism and vindictiveness?”

  He also said: “Our President, through his actions and
inactions is destroying everything that makes
Nigeria a country and well-meaning Nigerians
must stand-up to be counted in the crusade to
save the country from going under.”
  It was shocking to know that Governor Fayose lamented that “President Buhari
has not only taking Nigeria to economic
recession, he has moved the country to
economic depression and nepotism has
prevented him from engaging even the best
hands in his party, the All Progressives Congress
(APC).”

  However, According to a statement issued in Ado-Ekiti on
Sunday by his Special Assistant on Public
Communications and News Media, Lere Olayinka,
the governor said President Buhari should realise
that “Nigerians will not measure his government
on the basis of what his predecessors failed to
do, but on what he does or neglected to do
between May 29, 2016 and May 29, 2019.”
He said with the level of hunger in the country,
President Buhari should rather get serious and be
innovative with governance and put a stop to his blame
game, emphasizing that; “No nation has ever reached
greatness by their leaders engaging in blame
game, nepotism and vengeance as being done by
President Buhari and his APC government.”

  The governor also said “Nigerians must begin to
speak out now before the country is totally
destroyed by this one-man government, which
does not see any idea coming from those
perceived as opposed to the government as
worthy of consideration.

I Go Dye comes for Atiku Abubakar for trying to play Nigerian youths
Shortly after former Vice President Atiku Abubakar made a public announcement of his return to PDP, ace Nigerian comedian I Go Dye, has dragged the politician for trying to play Nigerian youths.
According to the comedian, Atiku was Nigeria’s Vice President between 1999 and 2007,and those years were plagued with tertiary institutions strikes that wasted seventeen months ,three weeks and three days.

Here’s what he stated:
“Don’t use sentimental empathy on the youths to express your political ambitions.
Sir, you are one of those that have immensely benefited from Nigeria since your birth in 1946.
Having worked for 20years with the Nigeria Customs where you retired at the age of 43 in 1989 as Deputy Director, your bucket list sure looks good because you were obviously employed at youth 23.
In 1999 you became governor of Adamawa and ultimately the Vice President, all of these you achieved at 53. What did you do during your time in that exalted position? When will the youths like in your time get a chance? am motivated to speak, based on your statement : A party that does not take the youths into account is a dying party.The future belong to young.Please which of the future?
He particularly identified recent arrest of former governor of Taraba, Mr Abubakar Danladi and former Secretary to Government of the Federation (SGF), Sen. Anyim Pius Anyim, by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

The spokesman recalled that the party had few weeks ago alerted that there was a list of 50 of its top leaders pencilled down for "arrest and incarceration".

  In the last one week, Danladi and Anyim, two prominent members of our party, were arrested by the anti-graft agency, the EFCC.

"These are all part of the agenda to create an atmosphere of fear and insecurity around PDP members before and after the national convention.

  It is also part of the overall strategy of the ruling party to turn Nigeria into a one-party state," he alleged.

On the resignation of the former Vice President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, from the APC, Adeyeye said that PDP's door is wide open for him.

He said Abubakar, who was one of the founding fathers of PDP, became Governor of Adamawa and Vice President under the party’s platform, adding that "he is a PDP man to the core".

According to him, Abubakar was deceived into believing that the APC is a platform that would correct all the ills in the PDP.

Quoting from the Bible that "and you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free", Adeyeye said "I believe that Atiku has seen the truth and the truth has now set him free and we thank God for that.

  Therefore, being a founding father and because we have an umbrella that is big enough to accommodate everybody, he is welcome to PDP, the democratic party.

"PDP is a free party and was conceived for all Nigerians and is free from all religious, ethnic and geographical divisions.

  It has capacity to accommodate everybody. Our doors are open for him to come back to his home without any pre-condition."

He stressed that Atiku is free to come back to the PDP like every other Nigerian while appealing to those "who have not seen the truth", to do so.

President Muhammadu Buhari is currently on a working visit to Ebonyi and Anambra States in Southeast of Nigeria.
It’s Buhari’s first visit to Igboland since he was elected president two years ago.

1. The presidential jet touched down on the runway of the Akanu Ibiam International Airport Enugu at exactly 10:30am.

From here, the president’s motorcade, a horde of Governors and politicians from the region, embarked on a road trip to Abakaliki, the Ebonyi State capital.

2. To receive Buhari at the Enugu airport were the Governors of Enugu, Ebonyi, Abia, Imo and Kogi.

3. President Buhari immediately inaugurated a couple of projects in Abakaliki; including two Flyovers on the section of the African Trans-Saharan Highway that straddles Enugu and Cameroon.

4. Buhari said his visit to Southeast Nigeria is testament that he appreciates the country’s diversity and plurality.

 “My presence here today is a demonstration of my strong belief in the unity of Nigeria. As the most populous country in Africa with over 300 ethnic groups, our diversity is almost unique among the nations,” Buhari said.

5. The president told his guests that the 2018 budget will cater to infrastructure needs of the region.

Notable among these infrastructure projects is of course the famous 2nd Niger bridge. You may want to throw in the East-West road in there as well.

6. Buhari got bestowed with some chieftaincy titles for his troubles. The president is now the Enyioma 1 of Ebonyi (Good friend of Ebonyi) and Ochioha Ndi Igbo 1.


Recall that during the 2015 electioneering campaign, Buhari was handed the middle name ‘Okechukwu’ when he visited the Southeast of Nigeria.

7. Former Governor of Ebonyi, Sam Egwu, commended Buhari for his decision to monetarily
compensate victims of the Biafra war and pay pension to former Biafra police officers.

Army in   Zimbabwean Force Policemen To Sit On The Ground After Take Over

According to reports filtering in from Harare, Zimbabwean leader, Robert Mugabe, has been removed from office in a bloodless military coup which brought to an end his 37-year rule.

Soldiers took control of Zimbabwe’s ZBC state broadcaster in the early hours of Wednesday, and said the 93-year-old leader was “safe and sound” after the army seized power overnight with gunshots and explosions heard in the capital.

The soldiers even made police officers to sit down in an orderly line on the side of the road after taking control. The vice president E.D Mnangagwa who was sacked by Mugabe - has landed at Manyame Air Force Base in Harare, Zimbabwe capital to take charge of affairs.



Mugabe was arrested along with his wife by the army in the capital Harare. Multiple reports have it that Mugabe is now preparing to step down and has also made negotiations for his wife Grace to leave the country immediately.
